About the event
Join me for my inaugural retreat - Transformative Breathwork | Remembering Who You Are. This retreat is designed and curated to help you remember, shift, and transform more fully into your authentic self; to find your truth, unravel self-limiting beliefs, and be embodied.
The retreat takes place in an incredible setting - Manitou Springs, Colorado - and a beautiful time of year - Spring. You will experience Transformative Breathwork, yoga, movement, guided meditations, group and individual work, and 1:1 time with me. We will spend time exploring what is in our bodies, hearts, and minds. We will also have time to rest and rejuvenate, and be nourished with delicious food.
The Onaledge Historic Lodge and Mansion was built in 1912 and is a beautiful and unique retreat setting. In your down time, you can soak in the 10-person hot tub, enjoy a hot beverage and food and take in the views, take a walk around the property into nature, or explore the animals the Onaledge farm has on property.
Whether you are called to this retreat with a specific intention or you just know it is a “Yes,” I invite you to bring your whole self - no matter where you are. I am adept at holding safe containers where you can work on your healing and transformational journey. I would be honored to guide you through this transformational experience.
Whatever brings you through the threshold on April 18th, know you will walk away…
- Feeling nourished on a soul, body, mind, and emotional level;
- Having a clearer understanding of who you are;
- With a deeper knowing of what is getting in the way of remembering and being who you are;
- With a better understanding of your truth, strengths, and super powers;
- With greater confidence to make decisions based on acceptance, self-love, and what is true for you; and
- With a practical approach of moving forward after the retreat to stay true to yourself and your journey.
Transformative Breathwork Overview
Transformative Breathwork is a healing and empowering experience. It is a meditative journey and a powerful somatic process often leading to a feeling of greater connection with inner knowing, a feeling of calm and peace, emotional catharsis, visionary states, the uncovering of energies surrounding past trauma, the experience of connecting with spiritual guides, awareness of shadow issues, and increased clarity.
In Transformative Breathwork we use the breath, chakra-attuned music, art, processing, and a safe space to access your innate soul-level wisdom. Each person’s journey is a highly individualized process, and no two are ever the same, even for those who return to breathwork again and again.
I have practiced yoga for 20+ years and decided to get my 200 hr teaching certification in July 2023 from Soleil Lune Yoga Center. I believe yoga helps us come into our bodies, our inner worlds, and deepen our love and acceptance of self. My approach to teaching yoga is to guide your body to enable shifts, releases and healing in your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual state.
I am a Healer, Master Breathwork Facilitator, Spiritual Coach, and Vinyasa Yoga Instructor whose passion, experience, and knowledge allows me to empower individuals to heal, transform, expand, grow, and shift. I pull from my life experience, abilities as a natural healer, and extensive professional training to provide transformational healing support and services. My role is to facilitate and enable safe spaces to cultivate your authenticity, find your truth, embody your purpose, love yourself, and live the life you deserve to live.
