Breathwork Facilitator Training 10/12-15

During this training you will experience and walk away with the ability to Facilitate Transformative Breathwork Journeys – for groups and individuals. You will: - Experience a Transformative Breathwork Journey - Learn to be a Transformative Breathwork Facilitator - Learn to hold a Transformative Breathwork Journey - Hold a Transformative Breathwork Journey Transformative Breathwork is a meditative journey and a powerful somatic process that has many benefits and outcomes. It often leads to a feeling of greater connection with inner knowing, a feeling of calm and peace, emotional catharsis, visionary states, the uncovering of energies surrounding past trauma, the experience of connecting with spiritual guides, awareness of shadow issues, and increased clarity. It is a healing and empowering experience. In Transformative Breathwork we use the breath, chakra attuned music, and a safe space to access your innate soul-level wisdom. We then process the experience so that the individual leaves feeling complete and supported in their overall journey. Each person’s journey is a highly individualized process, and no two are ever the same, even for those who return to breathwork again and again. Objectives and Outcomes of Training: - Overall understanding of Transformative Breathwork - Foundation of how to facilitate a Transformative Breathwork journey - Facilitate a Transformative Breathwork journey (we end the training with a public (all are welcome) Transformative Breathwork experience that we will all do together on Sunday, 10/15) You will walk away with the understanding and ability to: - Apply bodywork, music, art (optional) and processing - Facilitate a Breathwork journey or 1:1 session - Create and maintain safe spaces for transformative work - Develop and trust your intuition and unique gifts - Create and hold an experience that will allow individuals to do their own transformative work - Manage conflict and/or difficult personalities - Add this to your portfolio of offerings Agenda: Thursday 10/12 – Saturday 10/14: 9:00 – 5:00 (includes lunch break) Sunday 10/15 9:30 – 2:30 (includes public Transformative Breathwork) Cost and Included: Total: $999 Includes: Personal Transformative Breathwork Journey, Certification & Workbook (Facilitation and How to Hold), experience holding a publicly offered Breathwork Experience.
