Service Description
The Healing Shame Course is a powerful and beautiful eight week journey to begin and/or continue the process of healing shame.We all have shame…shame that makes us feel small and stops us from living the lives we want to live. Shame can look a myriad of ways and has different impacts on all of us. However, shame can make us feel disconnected, insecure, depressed, fearful, small, flawed, rejected, overwhelmed, etc. For most of us, we have carried shame (often unconscious) for our whole lives. This has a huge impact on who we think we are and what we are capable of. During this eight week course, you will learn to: ~Become aware of and identify your shame stories ~Rewrite your shame story - take your shame story (untruth) and claim your truth ~ Strengthen self-confidence and self love In this course you will receive: ~ Eight live sessions ~ Video content and resources ~ One 1:1 Coaching Session with Lawrie or Eva ~ One 1:1 Healing Session with Lawrie or Eva ~ Ability to connect and networking with others ~ A safe and nurturing space to work your shame stories Requirements for this course: ~ No prior experience is necessary ~ This workshop is appropriate for all ages over 18
