My passion is helping individuals awaken, heal, and step fully into their truth, power, and purpose. I create sacred, grounded, and expansive spaces where real transformation can take root on every level—emotional, physical, mental, and energetic.
I have walked a messy, wild, and beautiful path that has taught me how to love, forgive, and trust myself. It also revealed my innate ability to hold space for others to do the deep work of reclaiming self, cultivating authenticity, embodying purpose, and living a life that feels fully their own.
I work from the belief that you are your own healer. My role is to facilitate the environment, provide guidance, and channel high-vibrational healing energy and insight to empower you to access your own wisdom and strength.
Through my unique blend of intuitive healing, energy work, breathwork, and spiritual practices, we move together toward lasting transformation.
