During these retreats, you will experience and remember your authenticity and who you came here to be. Eva believes the road to healing begins and/or continues as we find time to go within and remember who we are. As we better understand who we are, we can further develop our internal knowing and authenticity. Through this development we remember how incredible, lovable and worthy we are. We are able to come back into who we came here to be – not who we were told we were. We learn how to show up in a more authentic way and trust that we belong.
Eva specializes in creating safe and supportive environments and spaces so that individuals can do their transformational work – no matter your intention. In these retreats, you will be able to show up as you are, find ease and support to be yourself and re-discover who you are meant to be. During this healing weekend you will experience Transformative Breathwork, Yoga, Movement, Guided Meditations, group and individual work, individual rest time, and so much more.
Through these retreats, you will have the opportunity to release old stories, un-truths, emotions, energies, and self-limiting beliefs so you can make way for your authentic, empowered self.
